About this Event
Join and the at Oregon Metro for a beautiful fall morning walk at !
We’ll begin the morning by coming together in community through a grounding circle, aimed to connect us with the natural world, and with the wisdom of our ancestors and all beings who walked the land before us.
Next, we’ll embark on our walk where we'll spend time learning about the plants and animals that call the park home. Along the way, participants will be encouraged to take in the cyclical shifts that come with Fall, while also reflecting on the transitions and cycles taking shape in our own lives.
Finally, we'll close out the day with a short, guided mediation to center and prepare ourselves for this season of change and the final weeks of the year.
