Westwood Community League is proud to offer a fall somatic exercise and yoga session of 8 weekly classes beginning October 26, 2026 hosted by Rita Mistry! Please reach out to Roisin at (780) 691-0601 to reserve your spot! Spots are limited!
Details: 1h 30m somatic exercise and yoga class
Dates: Weekly from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm beginning on Monday, October 26 and ending Monday, December 14.
Cost: $50 for members & $100 non-members.
MAXIMUM 10 STUDENTS PER CLASS. YOGA MAT REQUIRED.
