This in-person four-part series is designed to support you as you prepare for birth and early parenting. Together, we will explore body changes during pregnancy, the stages of labor and coping techniques, informed decision-making and navigating the healthcare system, as well as medical interventions such as pain management and cesarean birth. Each session builds on the last and we encourage attending all four sessions. We will hold Nov. 19th as a make-up class, if necessary.
Childbirth Education is held at Edwards Church in Northampton, in the Edwards Room.
