To understand the history of disability equity, honestly examine where we are today, and challenge faith communities to reflect the heart of Christ by moving beyond accessibility and accommodation toward genuine belonging. Where every person, regardless of ability, is valued, known, included, and empowered to worship, serve, lead, build relationships, and fully participate in the life of the Church.
Robin is a nonprofit professional, consultant, and advocate who believes lasting impact begins with authentic relationships. Much of her professional career and board service has been dedicated to organizations serving individuals with developmental disabilities. Her work reflects a personal commitment to creating opportunities for people of all abilities to belong, contribute, and thrive.
