faith Bangladesh, in collaboration with ActivePulse Bangladesh, proudly announces the Faith Bangladesh Autism Awareness Run 2027—a meaningful initiative dedicated to building greater awareness, acceptance, inclusion, and understanding of autism.
The event will take place on 2 April 2027 at Hatirjheel, Dhaka, marking World Autism Awareness Day. The United Nations designated 2 April as an international observance to promote understanding of autism and advance the rights, dignity, well-being, and full participation of autistic people throughout society.
Inclusiveness is at the heart of this event. We look forward to welcoming hundreds of autistic children and young people, together with their families, caregivers, educators, professionals, advocates, and supporters. Participants will be able to run, walk, or move at a pace that is comfortable for them—because everyone deserves the opportunity to participate, belong, and be celebrated.
This is more than a run. It is a shared movement to celebrate neurodiversity, challenge misconceptions, and help create a society where autistic people are respected, supported, and empowered. We will not simply run for the autism community—we will run with them, side by side, toward a kinder and more inclusive Bangladesh.
