Led by fitness instructors Gemimah and Sashell, each class offers uplifting, Christ-centered workouts, practical wellness guidance, lifestyle transformation tips, prayer, declarations, and an atmosphere filled with encouragement and positive energy.

Rooted in the book of Hebrews, this session focuses on staying committed through the process and pressing forward with faith even when things become uncomfortable. We begin in prayer and opening scripture, then move with intention through a high-energy workout with scripture and encouragement woven throughout. The experience culminates in bold declarations and closes in prayer, sealing what was built. From the movement to the music to the refreshments, every element is intentionally Christ-centered to help you reset mentally, physically, and spiritually.
