FACULTY RECITAL: MADE IN THE U.S.A.: MUSICAL SALUTE TO AMERICA!
Come join FCC music faculty soprano Mary Gresock, baritone David Loy, and pianist John Wickelgren as they share a potpourri of musical gems by American composers such as Stephen Foster, George Gershwin, Irving Berlin, Rogers and Hammerstein, John Duke, Florence Price, Leonard Bernstein, Woody Guthrie, and many more. Celebrate and discover how our great nation's natural beauty, history, and culture have been reflected through American composers of Art Song, 19th century songs, Musical Theatre, Folk Song, and of course, Patriotic songs! An evening full of musical celebration, poignancy, humor, and a few surprises, we guarantee you will leave smiling and your toes tappin'!
