What is reflexology?
Reflexology is a system created in China from acupuncture without the use of needles. It use the bodies meridian system and pressure points to help the body heal naturally. The system uses relaxation and meridian/reflexology points to help balance the body.
**Advanced registration via Eventbrite is required. Sessions are 15 minutes.

Your Facilitator:
Joshua White has been trained in reflexology by Laura Norman's institution of NY. In the coming year he will be working on gaining hand and foot reflexology as modalities. As a father of six and a husband of 8 years, his journey began with trying to heal everyone around him when his wife was in a car accident about 8 years ago. With a great love of trying to heal those around him, he's tried every modality that doesn't require a PhD. He's been a personal trainer for 5 years, Reiki healer for 10 years, a cook for 10 years; OCR trained and group trained, a shaman, a crystal practitioner, Chinese face reader, and offers spiritual guidance.
