On Saturday, October 24 from 10 AM - 6 PM, 2nd & Charles in York is hosting its first-ever Fable & Folklore Bazaar (an indoor renaissance faire filled with fantasy, art, books, costumes, and all sorts of wonderfully creative people).I’ll be there taking over a corner of the shop and peddling my art, including prints, artwork, and a handful of the original oil paintings straight from my studio.
The bazaar will be packed with local authors, artists, and artisans, including leather crafters, wildlife photographers, TTRPG creators, a fencing group, and more. There will also be kids’ and adult costume contests, plus raffles throughout the day for 2nd & Charles members. Membership is free if you want to sign up.
Come wander. Browse books. Meet local creators. Check out some strange art. Dress up if the mood strikes you. Maybe leave with something magical tucked under your arm!
