About this Event
Ready to test your strength, endurance, and mental grit? Join us for a Half HYROX Simulation — a condensed version of the official HYROX race format designed to challenge you and prepare you for the real thing.
This event combines 8 runs (.5km each) + 8 workout stations (half the normal distances), giving you the full HYROX experience at half the distance. Whether you’re training for your first race, looking to improve your pacing, or just want to push yourself in a competitive environment, this simulation is the perfect opportunity.
This is a SINGLES OR DOUBLES race now!
Expect the same energy, camaraderie, and intensity as race day — with the added benefit of practicing strategy, transitions, and effort management in a supportive setting.
Who it’s for: All fitness levels welcome! Come challenge yourself, cheer each other on, and see what HYROX is all about. ONLY ONE TICKET IS NEEDED PER PAIR. Both partners DO NOT need to purchase separate tickets. Just make sure that both are signed up on the heat sheet below.
PARKING: We ask that you park along the long side towards the dumpsters in our lot to keep it as clear as we can in the parking lot for the race. Enter through the back door with the F45 logo on it to check in.
HEAT SIGN UP: You will sign up for your race time via the google sheet:
