Isha’s eye care programme offers a natural way through yogic practices to improve vision related issues.
❗Pre-requisites: It is mandatory to have completed either Surya Kriya / Yogasanas /Angamardana / Surya Shakti / Upa Yoga prior to attending this program.

Shanmukhi mudra is a simple but subtle practice that brightens and rejuvenates the face and eyes and brings about a state of balance leading toward increased awareness and meditativeness.
