Hey everyone! 👋So, due to some personal reasons, we need to shuffle things around a bit on both the national and Helsinki association boards. That's why we're inviting you to an extraordinary meeting on November 19th at Tali keilahalli, 6 PM.
The good news? Julian is sponsoring a little farewell party afterwards, so it won't be all business! 🎉
We'd really love to see you there — and hey, why not volunteer for a spot on the board? Honestly, it doesn't take much of your time, but without a board, we can't keep our official association status. So every helping hand counts!
Not a member yet? 🤔 From November onwards, the 2026 membership fee is only 20€ — and it also gets you a 50% discount at our national tournament in December. Pretty good deal, right?
Here's the agenda:
1. Kokouksen avaus. Opening of the meeting –
2. Valitaan kokouksen puheenjohtaja, sihteeri, kaksi pöytäkirjantarkastajaa ja tarvittaessa kaksi
ääntenlaskijaa. The chairman of the meeting (XXX), the secretary (XXX), the two protocol inspectors (XXX), the counting officer (XXX) –
3. Todetaan kokouksen laillisuus ja päätösvaltaisuus. The legality and quorum of the meeting are established -
4. Hyväksytään kokouksen työjärjestys. The agenda of the meeting is approved
5. Valitaan hallitus mukaan (new government) –
6. Käsitellään muut kokouskutsussa mainitut asiat. (other topics)
