To celebrate Father’s Day, join us at Emirates Stadium for a day of honest conversations, connection and practical support around fatherhood, relationships and men’s mental health.
EXTRA TIME brings dads together for a unique experience featuring inspiring talks, panel discussions, interactive workshops, a stadium tour and lunch — creating space for men to connect and explore the role of fatherhood in the current world – one that is more than just a provider.
The day will focus on two important themes shaping the lives of dads, families and communities today.
The first is healthy relationships, parental conflict resolution and the role men and fathers can play in preventing violence against women and girls. Together, we’ll explore communication, co-parenting, emotional responsibility and how healthier relationships create safer, stronger homes for everyone.
The second is men’s mental health, suicide prevention and the importance of talking openly and building strong support networks. Amplifying the Premier League’s Together Against Suicide Campaign, we’ll explore the pressures many dads face, why connection matters and how we can create spaces where men feel able to speak up and seek support.
Whether you’re a new dad, experienced parent, co-parent, partner or simply navigating the pressures of modern life as a father, EXTRA TIME is a space to reflect, learn and discuss what modern fatherhood means, beyond just providing.
