Life can get busy and we forget to take a pause. Join us for a series of workshops focused on reconnecting with yourself and your goals! ✨
Attendance of the entire series is not required. Come whenever feels right for you!
👩🎨Who can attend?
This workshop is open to anyone needing a dedicated and guided place to reflect and connect. No art experience is needed for these workshops, simply your will to try!❤️
📍Where to find us
Workshops will take place every Thursday evening from 6-7:15 at the No. 52 Cafe (in the Pavilion in Boxhagener Platz at the corner of Grünberger Str. and Gärtnerstraße).
📝What you need to bring
Art and journaling supplies will be provided. You are welcome to bring your own nontoxic materials, but please be mindful of keeping track of them. You may want to bring a tote bag or folder to carry your artwork home with you.

The winter months in Berlin can be ever so lonely. Our arts cafe provides a chance for you to commune with others and reflect for the new year. Expressive arts combine multiple modalities like dance, drama, music, writing, and visual art for self-discovery and processing emotions. Although this series of workshops focuses only on journaling and visual art, its goal and outcomes are the same! Expect each session to have a specific theme paired with an art making activity. 📝🖼️
