Maria is an experienced game producer and business developer with a strong background as a musician, concert pianist, composer, and artistic director of cultural spaces. She is the co-founder of the indie game studio beyondthosehills, known for its distinctive and innovative indie game projects.

In this presentation, Maria will introduce her studio and upcoming business goals while reflecting on the opportunities that arise when entering an established and highly competitive market. She will explore what innovation truly means in the video game industry today, both in terms of product development and long-term success. The talk will combine data-driven insights with real-world experience to highlight how creative differentiation can unlock new business potential.

, Multimedia Artist and Designer
Carolina is a Berlin-based multimedia artist and designer from Chile, working across immersive storytelling, digital media, and experimental visual practices. With a background in Industrial Design from Universidad Diego Portales, their work explores the relationship between physical and virtual worlds through fantasy narratives and the transformation of human and non-human bodies in digital space.

Their multidisciplinary practice includes graphic design, creative direction, 3D modeling and animation, extended reality, 3D printing, and analog and digital video.
In this presentation, Carolina will share insights into their creative process and explore how immersive technologies and digital image-making can reshape ideas of memory, identity, and space in contemporary visual culture.

Orsi is an artist working at the intersection of traditional craftsmanship and contemporary technology. Their sculptural practice draws from organic structures, modular systems, and material intelligence, reinterpreting inherited making processes through innovative methods and exploring the dialogue between tradition and innovation.

In this presentation, Orsi will take us inside the process logic behind Encoded Textures, a sculptural work that translates the structural principles of traditional weaving into a contemporary three-dimensional form. Drawing on cymatics, sound waves, and acoustic patterns, they will reflect on how craft-based knowledge and technological processes can come together to create new material languages.
