About this Event

WELLBEING WEEK

A week of space to slow down, move, breathe, rest, connect, and just be.

Across the week, Fiery Hearts CIC is bringing together a series of community wellbeing sessions exploring movement, mindfulness, sound, creativity, reflection, rest, and connection. Each session has its own unique flavour, guided by a different facilitator and theme, while sharing the same intention of creating welcoming spaces that help us feel a little more grounded, open, and connected.

Whether you come alone or with a friend, whether this is completely new to you or already part of your life, you’ll be warmly welcomed.

💛 THIS SESSION: EXPRESSIVE HEARTS

A Wellbeing Retreat for Women

Expressive Hearts is a freeing and uplifting session for women exploring movement, breath, expression, and emotional release in a supportive space.

The afternoon includes somatic movement, guided and intuitive expression, meditation, journaling, and grounding practices designed to help us reconnect with ourselves and gently shift what may feel stuck or held within. Expect space to move, feel, reflect, and let go in whatever way feels right for you.

Please note: this session takes place on the second floor with stair access only, as there is no lift available at the venue.

🌿 About your Facilitator

This session will be guided by Kay Morgan.

Kay began dancing at the tender age of three studying a range of styles before discovering the beautiful art of Belly Dance which became her true passion. Whilst she loves the intricate technique of traditional Arabic Belly Dance, she thrives on creating diverse fusions with influences from Hip Hop, Samba and Bollywood. Kay has taught and performed internationally for 15 years, but finds the most joy in teaching and connecting the local community.
