What is Expressive Arts Therapy?
Expressive Arts therapy is an integrated, multimodal approach that uses various methods including (but not limited to) writing, music, visual art, drama, photography, movement, storytelling, role playing, dance, music, meditation and mindfulness to help individuals attain personal growth and healing.

What is the goal?
The goal of HarmoniWorks is to build a sacred, supportive community where individuals can share their experiences without judgment. HarmoniWorks intends to support the group by incorporating expressive arts into the workshop to help restore integrity, well-being and resilience of each participant.
The purpose of HarmoniWorks’ services is to provide supportive guidance to participants in making life-altering changes. Such services are meant to be educational NOT psychotherapeutic.
Veronica is NOT trained as a therapist. She is NOT a licensed or certified therapist. She does not substitute the work of psychologists, doctors or other healthcare professionals. She does not diagnose, cure, treat or prevent any condition, disease or condition of the body, mind or emotional. She does not give medical or mental health advice, nor does she give religious advice.
Services provided by HarmoniWorks may cause emotional or physical reactions and/or cause stress. If you think you may have sustained a psychological injury and/or a traumatic injury, think about if you can safely participate in the workshop at this time and/or think about getting the help of other experts who can help you.
