An immersive workshop designed to go beyond a regular yoga class.
Through gentle movement, traditional pranayama (breathwork), guided meditation, and a reflective dharma talk (yoga philosophy for self-reflection and daily life), participants are invited to explore the body, breath, mind, and inner values with openness, curiosity, and care.
