About this Event

This modern OMGTea matcha masterclass blends elevated ritual with nervous-system-resetting breathwork for a calm, focused, and fully embodied experience.

OMGTea founder, Katherine Swift, will share the inspiring story behind the award-winning brand. She will then take you through a full matcha masterclass, teaching you the essentials of matcha, including how it’s cultivated, how to choose good quality, and how to prepare the perfect cup at home.

After the matcha session, Carolina will guide you through a breathwork session, designed to deeply release stress and regulate the nervous system. The session will begin with grounding breathwork techniques to fully rest and decompress, before moving into a conscious connected breathwork practice to help you connect with your body and clear out stress and tension.

We'll also practice breath holds and somatic release. We'll end with calming breathwork patterns to relax, integrate and soothe the nervous system. A full body reset.

This session is about slowing down without disconnecting, preparing you for the week ahead.
