About this Event

Conversations around identity are more public and open than never. But it often comes with a dizzying navigation around language, feelings, values, beliefs, lived experiences, and cultural discourse.

What does an identity mean out there in the world, and what does it mean to us personally, in our day to day lives? Is there an alignment? Is there tension? How does it change over time?

Join us in our stunning new Coal Drops Yard space as we explore and affirm the unique lived experience of those who are both queer and neurodivergent, in this safe and nourishing workshop.
Led by two qualified Self Space therapists, this workshop will help you to:

  • Affirm your identity and lived experience in a meaningful, compassionate way
  • Enhance your self-awareness and reflection
  • Foster connection and belonging with like-minded others
  • Process emotions through creative tools

Come as you are. No pressure, no requirements. We've got you.
