Have you ever wondered what lies beyond your everyday thoughts? Are you curious about connecting with your inner wisdom, expanding your awareness, and discovering more about who you truly are?
The Exploring Consciousness Weekend Workshop is a two-day experience that invites you to explore the power of your mind and the deeper possibilities of human consciousness.
Using The Monroe Institute's Hemi-Sync® sound technology, guided meditation, and relaxation techniques, you will have the opportunity to explore different states of awareness in a safe, supportive setting.
✨ What Will You Experience?
Throughout the weekend, you will:
- Experience guided meditations using Hemi-Sync sound technology.
- Learn to enter deep states of relaxation while keeping your mind awake.
- Explore expanded states of awareness and strengthen your connection with your inner self.
- Practice techniques for releasing fears and limiting beliefs.
- Explore tools for personal growth, self-discovery, and spiritual development.
- Connect with others through group discussions and shared experiences.
🌿 What Is Required?
- Two full days to participate in the workshop.
- An open mind and a willingness to explore.
- Comfortable clothing suitable for meditation and relaxation.
- No previous experience with meditation or consciousness exploration is needed.
- A respectful attitude toward the experiences of others.

Anyone interested in meditation, spiritual growth, self-discovery, expanded awareness, or exploring the deeper nature of consciousness.
There is no right or wrong experience. Your journey is unique to you.
💫 Workshop Details
Dates: Saturday, November 28 and Sunday, November 29, 2026
Time: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM both days. Please arrive by 8:45 AM to settle in.
Location: Temple Mother Earth, 2415 32nd St SE, Washington, DC 20020
Parking: Please park on Camden Street.
Your registration covers both full days. Headphones are used throughout the workshop for the Hemi-Sync audio journeys. Please wear comfortable clothing, and bring a water bottle and a journal if you wish.
