About this Event
Join me and experience the magic of film photography.
This workshop is for anyone curious about, interested in, or already in love with shooting on film.
We'll explore how film photography works, from loading your first roll of film to understanding what happens after you press the shutter. I'll show you how to correctly load film into your camera and explain the entire development process. While I can't provide access to a darkroom, I'll show you a simulation to help you clearly understand how film is developed.
The workshop is structured into two parts. We'll begin with around 1.5 hours of engaging theory; don't worry, it won't be boring! You'll gain a solid understanding of film photography, how your film camera works, and what is happening inside that little roll of film.
After a short break, we'll move into the hands-on practical session, with around 1.5 hours of guided practice. You'll practise loading film into a camera, learn about exposure, light metering, and essential shooting techniques before heading out for a photo walk around the area to put everything into practice.
