Healing Taster Sessions: 10:00am – 2:00pm
The day will conclude from 2:00pm–3:30pm with a deeply restorative Sound Journey & Energy Meditation, guided by myself.
Together we’ll work with Reiki and other cosmic healing energies to help you align, ground, and prepare for a deeply immersive sound experience. Through the powerful vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, and drums, you’ll be invited into a space of harmony, softness, relaxation, and inner balance.

A yoga mat
A pillow and blanket (for your comfort)
