The Structure:
Needs and Leads (30 minutes)
We use a "Needs & Leads" card system. Break into groups and each person has 1 minute to say: "Here is what I do, here is what I need and here is who I can refer.” During that time everybody has a note card to write down leads and other ideas for the people in their group!
The Experts (30 Minutes, 10 minutes per expert)
Every event we bring in industry experts to answer your burning questions on business topics like marketing, accounting, insurance, etc. No fluff or slides just you getting the answers you’ve been looking for.

Nicholas Stainsby is the CEO of Wipe Clean a Calgary-based service company and recipient of the 2026 Consumer Choice Award.
Nicholas is passionate about growing businesses, building great teams, and creating a culture where people enjoy coming to work and want to get better. He takes a hands-on, real-world approach to leadership, with a focus on keeping things simple, building solid systems, and constantly improving.
He enjoys sharing what he’s learned along the way—the wins, the challenges, and everything in between.
Wanda Murch, B.Comm, CPA, is a fractional CFO and business advisor with more than 20 years of experience helping owner-managed businesses understand what their numbers are really telling them.
She specializes in working with growing businesses where the accounting, reporting and internal systems haven’t quite kept pace with the company. Her work goes beyond bookkeeping and financial statements—helping owners improve reporting, understand profitability and job costs, and build practical financial systems that give them better information for making decisions.
Ultimately, Wanda’s goal is to give business owners confidence in their numbers, clarity about where their business is going, and a financial roadmap that helps them achieve their goals—and sleep a little better at night.
Adam Jones, Named Top 40 Under 40 in 2016, graduated with Honours with a Business Degree in 2003 at the young age of 20. After the Small Business Adam was working with went into Bankruptcy (with over $25K owed to him) in 2010, he decided to start his own business, MAXgreen Windows and Doors. In the nearly 17 years since taking that huge leap of faith, MAXgreen has achieved over $100,000,000 in total sales.
Now he runs 4 separate companies including his dream business, Luxotic Auto Boutique, a Luxury and Exotic Car Dealership specializing in the world's top car brands. Adam's primary business focus is on Strategy, Systems, Processes and Team Motivation, with strong experience in B2B and B2C sales.
Adam is married for with 3 Children and enjoys Traveling, Camping, Hockey, Cars, Lego and continuous learning about Business.”
