Join me at the beautiful Woodland Yoga Retreat for a calming experience designed to help you slow down, soften, and reconnect.
We’ll begin with gentle grounding to settle the body, before being guided into a deeply restful Yoga Nidra — a meditative practice often called “yogic sleep,” where the body can fully relax while the mind drifts into a state of quiet awareness.
As you rest, you’ll be immersed in the soothing tones of a sound bath, allowing vibrations to wash through you, helping to release tension, calm the nervous system, and bring you back to a place of balance.
This is your invitation to simply lie down, be held, and receive.
