The shopping, the planning, the presents, the endless lists, remembering absolutely everything for everyone, and somehow trying to make Christmas magical for the people you love whilst holding it all together yourself.
So, I’ve thought of a thing!
I absolutely love Enya, and if one thing reminds me of Christmas as a little girl, it’s Enya.
And we know how great breathwork can be for our nervous systems, helping us come back to ourselves, relax, regulate, and release any tension or pent-up feelings we might not have time to feel because it’s Christmas.
So, Exhale with Enya is a cosy, heart-opening evening created especially for the mams who need a moment to put the world down and come back to themselves.
There will be no deep self-exploration or pressure to figure anything out. No expectations of who you need to be or what you need to feel.
Just you, your breath, and the most gorgeous, ethereal Christmas sounds of Enya.
We’ll journey through a gentle, magical world of conscious connected breathwork, allowing the rhythm of your breath and Enya’s otherworldly music to carry you away from the noise of everyday life and into a space of stillness, wonder and connection.
A chance to soften your shoulders. Unclench your jaw. Quiet the endless mental to-do list. Let yourself feel, dream, rest and simply be.
You don’t need to be good at breathwork, and you don’t even need to know what you’re looking for.
Just come as you are, lie back, close your eyes and let yourself be taken on a little magical ride.
