About this Event
Our September gathering sold out with a waitlist of women who wanted the opportunity to join us. On Sunday, October 18, we’re creating the space again — an intentional day for Black women to slow down, reconnect, learn, rest, and pour back into ourselves.
This year’s theme, Returning to Yourself, is an invitation to step away from the demands of everyday life and spend a day focused on your physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

Movement & Pilates with Alexa Lloyd
Begin the day by reconnecting with your body through an intentional Pilates and movement session.
Skincare for Black & Melanin-Rich Skin with Dr. Mona Khurana
Founder and CEO of Shine MD, Dr. Mona will lead an educational conversation about caring for melanin-rich skin, including common skin concerns, hyperpigmentation, skincare, sun protection, and treatments that are safe for darker skin tones.
Healing Circle
A facilitated space for honest conversation, reflection, connection, and exploring what it means to return to ourselves.
Restorative Sound Bath with Jessica Carry
We’ll close our day by slowing everything down with a restorative sound bath designed to create space for rest, stillness, and reconnection.
Plus, enjoy lunch, community connection, wellness experiences, and curated goodie bags throughout the day.
