Some Friday nights deserve more than a couch and a screen.
This is an intimate evening of light movement and deep sound healing at a beautiful private oasis just minutes from Annapolis Mall. String lights overhead. Open air. Room to actually land.
Carl Randall Jr., yoga instructor, Thai bodywork practitioner, and sound bath facilitator, guides you through gentle movement to release what the week put in your body. He then holds you in a restorative sound bath while everything settles. He brings a grounded, embodied presence to everything he holds, and a genuine belief that rest and restoration are not luxuries. They're how we come back to ourselves.
This is perfect if you're coming solo to rest and restore. It’s also a great date night gift to yourselves. The kind of reconnection that keeps on giving. No previous experience needed. Nothing to perform. Come as you are.
Space is limited. This is an intimate, intentional experience — not a drop-in studio class.
What We'll Do:
Welcome & Settle (15 min): A guided invitation to arrive, loosen the body, and quiet the noise.
Sound Bath (35 min): Lie back and let the sound work. Carl Randall Jr. will guide you into deep rest using singing bowls and tonal instruments.
Connection (10 min): Open space to meet the people you just shared the evening with. No agenda. Just good company.
