Five nights in a private villa in Ubud - jungle on one side, rice fields on the other, the whole property ours.
Ten women. Two facilitators. And five days where nothing is asked of you except that you show up for yourself.
What this is
Not a holiday. You've tried those - you came home to the same inbox and the same version of yourself. This is deep, structured work, held gently, in one of the most beautiful places on earth.
Over five days you'll move through breathwork, mind-body processes, somatic release, ceremonial cacao and sacred ritual - including a visit to a sacred waterfall. The work goes underneath the pattern, not around it.
You already know a lot; knowing has never been your problem.
This is about getting below the neck, so the thing you've been carrying actually shifts rather than just being better understood.
Who's holding the room
Sarah-Jane and Narelle, both of us out of years in high-pressure corporate careers, doing well by every measure anyone else was using, and running on empty underneath it. Everything we facilitate came from what we had to work out for ourselves first.
Between us: Dimensional Breathwork™, NLP, Time Line Therapy, clinical and spiritual hypnotherapy, PKP kinesiology, Timeline Reset, human behaviour & identity work and ceremonial cacao.
What to expect, day to day
Thursday 15 October - arrive between 3–5pm. Welcome mocktail, a long welcome dinner, and an opening circle to let everyone properly land.
Each day - mornings begin gently, the deeper work sits through the middle, and we finish around 3-3:30pm. Every day. On purpose.
This work asks a lot of you and the hours afterwards are where it settles and integrates - the pool, a massage, a mocktail at golden hour, some shopping, exploring, or a nap you don't apologise for.
The middle day is designed for deep healing & nourishment- a beautiful waterfall & ceremony experience, opportunities for a 1:1 and nourishing meals.
Tuesday 20 October - we close with celebration, reflecting on how far you have come and all the wins along the way. Checkout by 11am.
