Exhale: A Creative, Contemplative GatheringCome. Breathe. Notice. Be.
We spend so much of our lives bracing for what comes next: carrying the to-do list, anticipating the next responsibility, holding the complexities of work, family, relationships, and life. Exhale is an invitation to set some of that down for a little while.
Exhale is a 30–45 minute creative, contemplative gathering shaped by scripture, art, music, silence, and reflection. Together, we’ll slow down, pay attention, and make room to notice what is stirring within us, around us, and in our life with God.
You do not need any experience with contemplative prayer or creative practices. Simply come as you are. A little room to breathe. A little space to listen. A place to rest in God’s love.
