Exeter I am coming to deliver a signature football fitness masterclass! Come and join me on Saturday 5th June as I deliver a 2 hour masterclass of high level football fitness coaching! Helping you become the best version of yourself! Let's get to work! I can't wait to see you! I loved my time in Exeter last time I came the focus and energy from all the ballers was amazing! I want to see more of the same when I come back PLEASE!
What to expect at the session -
- Coach Josh delivering a signature masterclass in football
- 2 hours of high level football & fitness coaching
- High intensity football drills and match play
- Q + A with coach Josh
Time - 12.30pm - 2.30pm
Location - West Exe School EX2 9JU
What to wear - Football training kits + Shin pads + moulded studs or astroturfs
