About this Event
Your ideas aren't the problem. Your authority is.
Most leadership events sell inspiration. You leave motivated on Monday and unchanged by Thursday.
This is not that.
The Executive Leadership Intensive is a single working day for founders and senior leaders who already know the right thing to do ... but can't yet move others to act on it. We don't motivate, perform, or therapize. We transfer command.
Seven faculty members work through the mechanics of authority: how presence, pacing, language and restraint operate in the rooms that decide your career, your capital, and the people who depend on you.
Capital asks. Boardrooms. Conflict. Hard conversations. The moments where being right isn't enough.
WHO THIS IS FOR
Founders, CEOs, C-suite executives and senior leaders carrying real responsibility and real capital. Already successful. Not looking for a pep talk. Aware that something isn't translating between what they know and what the room does about it.
If you are early in your career or looking for motivation, this is not the right room.
TWO DATES. ONE EVENT.
We run the same intensive on Friday, December 4 and Saturday, December 5. Choose the day that fits your schedule. Each day is capped at 100 in-person seats so the room stays small enough to work in. Breakfast, lunch and the evening networking reception are included with every ticket.
You are registering for Saturday, December 5.
Stop presenting. Start commanding.
