The Executive Leadership Intensive is a single working day for founders and senior leaders who already know the right thing to do ... but can't yet move others to act on it. We don't motivate, perform, or therapize. We transfer command.
Seven faculty members work through the mechanics of authority: how presence, pacing, language and restraint operate in the rooms that decide your career, your capital, and the people who depend on you.
Capital asks. Boardrooms. Conflict. Hard conversations. The moments where being right isn't enough.

Founders, CEOs, C-suite executives and senior leaders carrying real responsibility and real capital. Already successful. Not looking for a pep talk. Aware that something isn't translating between what they know and what the room does about it.
