Shaped by personal pilgrimages through southern France, this exhibition embraces the artist's evolving relationship with the sacred. Drawing on religious iconography, the female body, and fragments of French-language texts celebrating women’s power, Mahoney constructs a contemporary mythology of the Divine Feminine. Familiar symbols are transformed, new icons emerge, and a chorus of small figures gathers into a rising collective force. The work asks what becomes sacred when women reclaim the authority to define, embody, and venerate themselves.
