Join Elevate Women in Industry for a practical, three-hour workshop designed to help women build confidence, navigate challenging conversations, and communicate with greater intention.
Together, we’ll explore three foundations:
• Self-awareness: Strengthen your inner confidence through emotional regulation and a deeper understanding of your responses.
• Awareness of others: Recognize the social, cultural, and gender dynamics that influence workplace interactions—and identify where you have room to act.
• Strategy: Practice thoughtful questions and well-timed interruptions that help you contribute, gain respect, and influence decisions.
You’ll learn approaches to staying grounded under pressure, communicating with kindness and honesty, recognizing undermining behaviours, and creating opportunities for collaboration.
Whether you’re contributing in meetings, navigating leadership challenges, or taking the next step in your career, this workshop offers space to practice speaking with clarity and confidence.
ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Marie Gervais, PhD, provides leadership training, coaching, and organizational development, with a focus on intercultural communication and team effectiveness. She combines emotional regulation techniques with strategic thinking to help people navigate workplace challenges and move toward their career goals. She is also the author of The Spirit of Work: Timeless Wisdom, Current Realities.
