About this Event
A beginner-friendly session
Richard is away for this session, so a newer Storyteller is running the game. Expect a relaxed pace, so it's ideal if you've never played before or want a gentle refresher. Richard returns on Sunday 1 November.
What is Blood on the Clocktower?
It's a social deduction game for large groups. Most players are on the good team, trying to find the Demon hidden among them. The evil team bluffs, misdirects and picks off the town one night at a time. No prior experience needed: we teach the rules before the first game.
When
Doors open at 10:30am and the first game starts at 10:45am. We finish at 3:30pm. Games last 60–90 minutes, and we aim for at least two. Arriving late? You can join the next game or come in mid-game as a Traveller.
Cost
Playing Blood on the Clocktower is free. We never charge per game. The only cost is the Evesham Barons' venue entry: £5 (18+) or £2 (under 18), paid on arrival to the society. Card or cash; cash preferred. One entry covers the whole day.
Food and drink
Bring your own food and drink if you like. Snacks are also on sale at the venue, and the money helps support the Evesham Barons.
Ages
The recommended age is 15+. Younger players are welcome and may play a Traveller role. Under-18s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
