Oxley Creek Flood Action Group, Benarrawa CDA and Metro South Health invite you to a workshop for everyday emergency planning.Whether you want to be better prepared for future floods, cyclones, health or other emergencies, join Metro Health South's Disaster Team who will take us through the process for Person-Centred Emergency Preparedness (P-CEP).
P-CEP is inclusive of all people, including those living with disabilities and support needs, to create personalised emergency plans.
Household emergency plans go hand-in-hand with neighbourhood disaster and emergency plans. Bring Your Neighbour and come along to hear from the Oxley Creek Flood Action Group and Benarrawa about how groups of residents are working together to create neighbourhood disaster plans.
Please arrive at 9.45am for a 10am start.
Stay for a free lunch at 12pm and neighbourly chats about household and neighbourhood level emergency planning.
