About this Event
Learn something useful. Meet new people. Build meaningful connections.
Grow & Connect is ENH's event series combining a practical workshop with structured networking, bringing together international professionals, entrepreneurs and like-minded people in and around Barcelona.
🤝 Structured Networking
We start the evening with structured networking, giving you an easy way to meet other participants and get conversations going from the start.
Following the workshop, we continue with another round of structured networking, giving you the opportunity to connect with more people and build on the conversations from earlier in the evening.
Our format makes it easier to meet people beyond your usual professional circles and exchange ideas across industries, cultures and backgrounds.
🎤 The Workshop
Priority Power — Understand Yourself to Decide Better
With Luisa Escalona
Ever wondered why you react the way you do when things get stressful?
In this interactive workshop, Luisa Escalona helps you understand your unique personality style through Adlerian Personality Priorities (APPs) — a practical framework rooted in Alfred Adler’s Individual Psychology.
You’ll explore the stressors you tend to avoid, recognise how your patterns show up under pressure, and learn simple ways to create more balance, clarity, and confidence in your decisions.
This is not a lecture. It’s a hands-on session designed to help you understand yourself better and leave with tools you can actually use.
👥 Who it’s for
For professionals, internationals, and anyone who wants to understand themselves better — at work, in relationships, or in everyday life.
Whether you’re navigating change, looking for more focus, or simply curious about your inner patterns, this session is for you.
💡 What you’ll take away
- A deeper understanding of your personality and stress triggers
- Insights from neuroscience on how the brain handles stress
- Practical tools to calm your mind and make clearer decisions
- More focus and confidence around what truly matters to you
