We start the evening with structured networking, giving you an easy way to meet other participants and get conversations going from the start.
Following the workshop, we continue with another round of structured networking, giving you the opportunity to connect with more people and build on the conversations from earlier in the evening.
Our format makes it easier to meet people beyond your usual professional circles and exchange ideas across industries, cultures and backgrounds.

In this practical and interactive workshop, Oscar explores how we can move from functioning to living by identifying where we've drifted and making one honest, meaningful choice.
You'll explore:
- See → Strip → Choose — a simple lens for recognising where you've drifted
- Your Truth Latency — the gap between knowing something and acting on it
- Your first item for a Living List — something you can choose this week
- The Out Loud exercise — saying one true thing in a room of people doing the same
