Come and do what we do best as a community — support those around us. 💙Adam, Emma and I are back for another 24-hour challenge — 24 workouts, on the hour, every hour, for 24 hours — all to raise money for Boden, a local 8-year-old boy fighting cancer. 💙 Helen Glover, our Cornish GB Olympic Rower, has confirmed she will be attending to take part in some workouts.

This is about more than just workouts. It’s about coming together, pushing ourselves and showing Boden and his family that their community is behind them every step of the way.
There will be a cake sale, the incredible Gypsy Rogue coffee van, an amazing raffle, fire engines, police car and lots of fun with a Halloween theme. We’re looking for baked goods and raffle prize donations to help us raise as much as possible.
