I wrote this book because I believe every leader deserves a better playbook. One that starts with people.
Every Player Is Bigger Than the Program grew out of a story most people don't know — how a group of kids from the west side of Indianapolis, with no resources and no history, became state champions. Not because of a perfect system. Because someone decided to believe in them first.
That truth has followed me into every boardroom, classroom, and coaching session since. When you build people, the program takes care of itself.
