About this Event
The Every Friday 5K Run/Walk Group is our favorite part of the workout week. Blend fitness and lifestyle with a lighthearted event designed to bring people together to celebrate the end of the week. Meet new friends, share about the success and the challenges you’ve faced on your fitness journey. Be sure to sign-in before each run for a chance to win prizes each week. The course is a mostly flat, out and back route. So, no getting lost and no participant left behind! Join us after the run as our neighbors at Capstan Bar Brewing Company provide the social atmosphere to continue to build on new friendships!
