How to say what you're really thinking without feeling like you should've kept your mouth shut.Ever have something you want to say to your partner, but you talk yourself out of it because you're afraid of how the conversation might go?
Or maybe you do speak up, only to spend the next several hours wondering if you should've just kept your mouth shut.
This workshop is for you if:
- You find yourself replaying conversations over and over.
- You hold things in because you're afraid of what will happen if you're honest.
- You spend more time trying to figure out what your partner is thinking than actually asking.
- You keep telling yourself you're going to handle things differently, but somehow end up right back where you started.
- You're tired of feeling like every disagreement means something is wrong with your relationship.
What we'll talk about:
- Why certain conversations feel so threatening, even when they shouldn't.
- How avoiding disagreements can actually create more distance in your relationship.
- How to stop assuming the worst before you've even said anything.
- Ways to say what needs to be said without turning the conversation into a venting session.
- How to stop second-guessing yourself after the conversation is over.
This is a free, in-person workshop for women. We'll have time for questions and conversation, too!
