Itinerary
Wreath Making with Sherri from IdleWild Designs Canada
Sherri will teach you how to design and construct an elegant grapevine wreath to celebrate the holiday season.
You'll work with everlasting Norfolk Pine, White Pine, Jack Pine, Spruce, Cedar and Fir, along with a selection of additional greenery and floral elements including eucalyptus, ferns, berries and pine cones. Finish off your wreath with gorgeous red velvet ribbon.
Optional: Vintage-style gold metal bells (sets of 3) will be available for an additional fee (to the instructor) at the workshop. The trio of bells with a warm distressed patina, hanging on rustic jute rope, will add a sense of nostalgic elegance to your hand-crafted wreath.
• Design Techniques: Learn the basics of wreath construction, and how to arrange greenery and floral elements for balance and elegance.
• Personalized Creation: Add your unique flair by designing specifically for your own decor style, and truly make it a one-of-a-kind piece with additional supplies provided by Sherri during the workshop.
