Bring a photograph of an animal you love who is no longer physically with us. We’ll gather in a circle and go around saying their names.If you’d like to share a brief story about your love, we’d love to hear it. If all you can manage is their name, that’s enough. Sometimes saying a name aloud brings up more than we expect. And if you’d rather listen, you’re welcome in the circle too.
Afterward, we’ll take a short walk around the park together. The animals who share our lives now are welcome to join us. Luna will be there with me.
There’s nothing to prepare beyond bringing a photograph, and no right way to feel. Come as you are.
