Explore storytelling through fabric in this hands-on workshop. Using free-motion embroidery, heat-transfer techniques, and creative surface design, you'll create unique textile artwork inspired by your own memories, experiences, and ideas.
Experiment with fabric, thread, printed images, and hand-made marks as you layer, stitch, and transform your work. You'll also have the chance to try techniques like transfer printing, fabric manipulation, and heat pressing to add texture and depth.
No sewing or embroidery experience is needed. By the end of the workshop, you'll take home a finished textile artwork and discover new ways to tell stories through fabric.
