Adventure begins with inclusion — and this year, we're going on safari.Join SPARC for our 4th Annual Gala and Awards Celebration, an evening of dinner, community, and celebration benefiting adults with severe and multiple disabilities across Northern Virginia.
SPARC is the only organization in Virginia providing community-integrated day programs for adults with severe and multiple disabilities who require 1:1 support and cannot work. Our participants aged out of school at 22 with nowhere to go. Every day, across our centers in McLean, Reston, Arlington, Alexandria, Leesburg, and Sterling, they build friendships, learn new skills, and take their place in the community. One hundred percent of them live below the federal poverty line.
The evening includes:

Presentation of the SPARC Hero Award to Chairman Jeffrey C. McKay of the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors, Elevance Health, and Hannah Irsfeld, Esq.
