About this Event
Format: 60 Minute Weekly Drop In | Free | Open to All Levels
Between high stakes work and modern parenting, your nervous system is carrying a heavy cognitive load.
When you are constantly switching context, from sprint deadlines and critical decisions to school schedules and emotional regulation at home, willpower isn't enough. Pushing through exhaustion or trying to force your mind to "just relax" only creates more friction.
Join us for a relaxed, one hour introduction to Vedic Meditation, an effortless technique designed for full, high demand lives. This evening session is a gentle way to close your workday and discover a new understanding of stress, energy and mental demand.
- Letting the Mind Settle: How an ancient, systems level logic lets an overstimulated mind settle naturally when given the right vehicle.
- The Neurological Upgrade: How the practice gives access to rest several times deeper than sleep, dissolving accumulated tension and restoring emotional bandwidth with ease.
- How It Is Learned: How this practice is taught step by step, using a personalized sound (mantra), to build a self sufficient, lifelong tool that fits into a busy routine.
Bring your biggest daily challenge, whether it's afternoon brain fog, impatience at home, or reactive stress. Unwind from your day and explore if Vedic Meditation is the right fit for you.
This session is free. Everyone is welcome.
