This embodied evening experience begins with grounding intention-setting and gentle guided reflection, inviting you to arrive fully in your body and soften the weight of the day. Through movement-based somatic practices, conscious breath, and intuitive expression, you’ll be guided to release stored tension, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with yourself in a deeper way. This is an immersive journey designed to help you unwind emotionally, physically, and energetically, creating space for clarity, calm, and inner balance.
The experience concludes with a Reiki-infused sound healing integration, allowing the body and mind to fully absorb the work, restore energetic harmony, and settle into deep relaxation. Come as you are, breathe deeply, move freely, and leave feeling lighter, grounded, and renewed.
