Bring along your own project or use the prompts and materials provided to inspire you - no pressure, just time to unwind, explore and enjoy making art in good company!There will be no pressure during the session to create a finalised piece of art. It is about letting yourself go creatively, finding a visual release and enjoying the process.
Art is good for the soul, it helps release stress and anxiety, develops dexterity, creative thinking, mindfulness & problem solving. But most of all, art is a fun expressive form of communication that everyone should embrace!
